Specification Customization
◉Size: Supports free customization of width (maximum customizable 5m), length (cut to order), and thickness (0.3mm-10mm); ◉Shape: Customize special shapes according to usage scenarios (such as curved shapes, irregular interfaces, etc.).
Appearance Customization
◉Color: Supports standard colors (transparent, white, blue, yellow, etc.) and custom colors (provide color card number for matching); ◉Logo Customization: Print customer's brand logo, QR code, etc. on the product surface or packaging.
Function Customization
◉Environmental Standards: We can customize products that meet specific environmental standards (such as higher levels of REACH certification, local environmental regulations) according to target market requirements; ◉Special Properties: Customize enhanced low-temperature resistance (-40℃), ultra-high wear resistance, strong antistatic properties, antibacterial and anti-mildew properties, etc.;

Customization service process
Request Submission
Customers submit customization requests (including product specifications, functions, appearance, packaging, order quantity, delivery cycle, etc.) via phone, email, online consultation, etc.
Solution Evaluation And Quotation
BAIJIA's professional team conducts a technical feasibility assessment of the customization requests, formulates a detailed customization solution and quotation, and provides feedback to the customer within 24 hours.
Sample Confirmation
After the customer confirms the solution and quotation, they pay the sample fee (refundable after bulk order cooperation). BAIJIA completes sample production within 7-10 working days and sends it to the customer for quality confirmation.
Contract Signing And Prepayment
After sample confirmation, both parties sign a formal customization contract, the customer pays the prepayment, and BAIJIA begins mass production.
Production And Follow-up
During production, the customer is regularly informed of the production progress, and key milestones are communicated and confirmed promptly to ensure the product meets customization requirements.
Finished Product Inspection And Delivery
A comprehensive inspection is conducted on the finished product. After passing inspection, shipment is arranged, and the customer pays the final payment upon acceptance.
After-Sales Support
Installation guidance, usage and maintenance suggestions, and other after-sales support are provided to ensure normal use by the customer.
