01. 22 Years of Deep Cultivation, Forging a Benchmark for Intelligent Manufacturing

BAIJIA's production base is located in Yahongqiao Town, Yutian County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, in the core industrial area of ​​the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Delta. Leveraging a well-developed transportation network and comprehensive industrial support, it achieves efficient linkage between raw material procurement, production processing, and logistics distribution. The base covers a total area of ​​over 30,000 square meters, with a production workshop area of ​​20,000 square meters. It is equipped with 16 intelligent PVC product production lines, with a stable annual production capacity of 9,000 tons, capable of meeting the bulk order demands of different global markets.

02. Core Production Process: Full-Chain Control From Raw Materials To Finished Products

Raw Material Selection

Strictly selecting core raw materials such as PVC resin, environmentally friendly plasticizers, and stabilizers that meet international environmental standards. All raw materials are SGS and REACH certified, eliminating harmful substances from the source and ensuring that the products meet environmental performance standards.

Formula Development And Modulation

A professional R&D team of 10 people precisely modulates formulas based on the functional requirements of different products (such as low-temperature resistance, anti-static properties, and high transparency). A computer control system ensures that the raw material ratio error is ≤0.1%, guaranteeing product performance stability.

High-Temperature Extrusion Molding

Utilizing imported German extrusion equipment, a precise temperature control system (temperature error ±2℃) heats the mixed raw materials to 160-180℃. After screw extrusion, a preliminary substrate is formed, ensuring uniform product thickness (error ≤0.2mm) and a smooth, flawless surface.

Precision Cutting And Shaping

An automated cutting production line is introduced, precisely cutting products according to specifications (width and length can be customized), with a cutting accuracy of ±1mm. For special products such as magnetic door curtains and modular door curtains, magnetic strip installation and interface shaping are completed simultaneously, ensuring convenient installation.

Surface Treatment Process

Depending on the product's intended use, the substrate undergoes surface treatments such as lamination, antistatic coating, and mildew prevention. Transparent products utilize high-transparency lamination technology, achieving a light transmittance of up to 92%. Wear-resistant products undergo surface hardening treatment, extending their service life to over 8 years.

Finished Product Assembly And Packaging

After cutting and shaping, products undergo edge grinding and cleaning to remove dust. They are then individually packaged according to international shipping standards, equipped with moisture-proof and scratch-proof protective measures to ensure no damage during transportation.

03. Strict Testing Process: Multi-Dimensional Quality Assurance

Raw Material Testing
Before each batch of raw materials enters the warehouse, it undergoes physical performance testing (tensile strength, toughness), environmental testing (formaldehyde, heavy metal content), and component analysis, covering 12 indicators across three categories. Unqualified raw materials are resolutely rejected.

Production Process Inspection
Quality inspection points are set up at key processes such as extrusion, cutting, and surface treatment. Product thickness, width, light transmittance, and flexibility are sampled and tested hourly, and production parameters are adjusted in real time to avoid batch defects.

Comprehensive Finished Product Testing
After production, finished products undergo rigorous testing, including high and low temperature testing (simulated environment from -30℃ to 60℃), abrasion resistance testing (5000 cycles of friction without damage), environmental testing (compliance with RoHS standards), and functional testing (anti-static curtain resistance value testing, magnetic curtain adsorption force testing, cold storage curtain insulation performance testing, etc.). All test data is recorded and archived to ensure traceability for each batch of products.

Final Inspection Before Shipment
A professional quality inspection team conducts a comprehensive inspection of the finished product's appearance, dimensions, and packaging. Only after issuing a qualified inspection report can the product be shipped out.​​​​​​​
